    You don’t want to …
You don’t want to be eating raw milk if your on a raw diet. Vegan food is the best. Thank you Bunny for that site and the information. You seem to be a very intelligent raw foodie.

I want to say that Vitamin B12 is not made from animal products. Nothing in a cows metabolism makes Vitamin B12. Its actually made from a Bacteria. Yet they still say a cows meat is a good source of Vitamin B12. Yet a cow is a strict Vegan. Daly recommendations for Vitamin B12 is very low & Vegans don’t lack B12.

    I love you Bunny! …
I love you Bunny! You’re awesome!! You’re doing well with your journey and I want to say thanks for carrying us all along. Today is my Day 69–and now I can’t imagine eating any other way. I’m about 80-90% raw and working on an arthritis problem. It is slowly getting better. Your blogs have been helpful to me in staying focused and keeping a sense of humor about it all. If the rest of the world only knew– they would be joining us. Hope your 2nd 100 days is going well!! Stay strong and funny.

    Wow, you are …
Wow, you are AMAZING! You look loads better already and it’s really inspiring to find someone living the raw dream parallel to myself; I’ve been raw for about 17 days myself and it’s going really well, great fun so far overall. Are you detoxing at all?

You are also making me laugh so much, your sense of humour and general lightness of spirit is a joy to behold! Keep making those vids, and I’ll keep ‘eating those veggies!’

I think that most days I get way more than 1000 calories. I was shocked that they were that low.

    A great idea for …
A great idea for tremendous calcium boost in addition to more greens is sesame seeds- if you make some nut mylk with sesame seeds 1/4 c seeds per 1 c water- add some agave or raw honey or banana even.. it’s super high in calcium. Awesome plant based source of b12 is Spirulina- green algae powder you add to your Green Smoothies or I like to add it to fresh orange juice.
