    When I switched to …
When I switched to raw I started to save money. I know that sounds wrong, but its true. I didnt eat cookies and icecream and half of the other crap I ate because I was hungry, I ate it because I was craving it, I was addicted. I eat way less food since going raw. And you save money in the long run because you dont visit a doctor nearly as much when you are healthy from eating raw.

    The reason why I …
The reason why I say it’s what you leave out of your diet as opposed to what you add because sugar, whether it be natural or processed, is unnecessary and in most cases damaging to our optimum health. We do not need to consume fruit for antioxidants when small quantities of herbs such as Oregano provide 3x the amount per gram. My food philosophy centres on balance i.e. eat stabilising foods not seesaw foods like sugar and white flour. yes fruit is healthy, but it is an addition not an essential
