    I’m going to be …
I’m going to be making some videos starting August 1st. I’m starting over and will be showing others how to do the same. I want to caution you on the full raw thing. It’s really not necessary and sometimes it sets you up to fail. I’ll show you what I mean in the vids. Glad to hear that you’re desiring change. That’s what’s most important.

    Avoid it. Try …
Avoid it. Try using natural sweeteners such as honey, agave nectar, maple syrup or stevia. I read an article yesterday about sugar and it really does a number on the body in so many ways. It’s amazingly toxic to the body.

despite my previous comment , i want to go on the raw food diet, for now i will go full blown raw food bcus i need to cleanse my body.. but after a few months im going to go back to having lunch as normal.. with processed foods…. and then dinner will be raw… as will breakfast….. and snacks in between will also be raw.. i think thatd make up 80% of my diet being raw… i think that is enough, but good vid thanks

    So far so good, …
So far so good, it’s just harder to do with my family during dinner. I followed your 1st suggestion and made grilled Salmon the 1st night. My son and husband werent happy HA HA. But they ate it. So I’m doing things like baked chicken for dinner for them and sticking to veggies and soy products for me. I have to say after a week I feel fantastic!!! I have more energy then ever and I don’t have stomach problems any more.

    Your video rocks!

    Yes, it’s from the …
Yes, it’s from the Blue Agave plant. It is very sweet, has a looser consistency than honey. Is there something wrong with Agave or do you not like it?

    Honestly, once you …
Honestly, once you really cleanse your body, you won’t have such strong cravings and possibly not cravings at all. Soon your body will start desiring foods that supply vitamins and minerals that it needs. It’s weird, pretty soon you’ll be wanting a certain fruit or vegetable and that’s all you’re going to want until your body has enough. Be patient, those old habits will change in time.

Just been dx’d w/diabetes. I am trying to get my diet better in-line with my health needs. My problem is that I CRAVE animal flesh. Doesn’t have to be red meat. Worried that all of that fruit will increase blood glucose levels. Already don’t eat gluten (food intolerance). Have my own goat for milk, getting a cream separator so the milk will be non-fat. I crave the milk too. Thank God for stevia! I don’t crave sugar.

    As always, you’ll …
As always, you’ll have to adapt any diet to suit your needs and your body. People eat sushi every day. Do note the precautions there are in eating any type of raw meat. Raw fish is not a part of the raw food diet. The raw food diet is strictly vegan meaning plant based foods. I personally say to stay away from the raw fish, but it’s your choice. Which is what eating is all about.

    I am a vegan and …
I am a vegan and only eat raw food, but I completely avoid any form of fish. I do understand that fish, if prepared correctly, can be very good for you. However, replacing these animal products with raw fruits and veggies will suffice. I also take vitamin supplements with this. Thank you for helping people make the change :)

    Thank you so much …
Thank you so much for this video – I’ve been looking at the raw food diet for a little while – and summer helps because I eat lots of salad.
I’m curious about raw fish? Would that not be included in a raw food diet?
