    Join your local …
Join your local co-op! Best decision I have ever made! Just type up community supported agriculture online. I also love farmers markets. I support local farming 100%, but then again I crave tropical fruits every once in a while so I’ll shop at this Korean market near my place. I can buy 10 bananas for a dollar! A huge papaya for less than 2 bucks, pineapple for $1.50 etc… Also, try growing your own garden. I’m going to give that a shot this January. Good luck!

    seriously me too. I …
seriously me too. I work at a sushi restaurant and sushi used to be my FAVORITE food. I got over it though. The saying “mind over matter” is really true! I am going to quit though because I want to do something more useful that will benefit people.

    You need fat. This …
You need fat. This is the reason for the weight loss. By eating nothing but fresh fruit and vegetables, your bosy uses the stores of fat it needs.

    maybe marinate your …
maybe marinate your veggies in lemon juice and herbs to soften them some and adds tons of flavor too. watery suchinni, just let it drain in a strainer, save the juice and use in salad dressings or just drink it – good stuff!

    ‘fruit infusing’ …
‘fruit infusing’ your water, wouldn’t that improve the pH and electrical charge of distilled water?

how to infuse water with fruit? cut up some fruit, drop it into the water , let it sit a while at room temp or in fridge, then enjoy. or squeeze citrus juices into the water for instant minerals, vitamins, electrolites, and possibly pH improvements.

    To …
To LovedByMeBeautifully: I recently read of research saying that fruits & veges lose significant nutritional content quickly enough considering how much time passes between the picking at the eating of any store bought produce. Nothing drastic to worry about when we supplement with sprouting, which catches life like as it explodes on2 this scene, then fermenting, which makes vitamins, probiotics & increases digestibility, even obviating refrigeration, also supports extends immunity out in2 space

After hearing you talk about eating huge portions, I feel less guilty for eating such huge salads. I now know that my desire for big portions will naturally decrease. I’m so excited about detoxing.
